Effective Date: 01 July 2025

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "Licensee") and Steth, the owner and operator of the Steth mobile application and related services.

By downloading, installing, or using the Steth app (the “App”), you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. Grant of License

1.1 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Steth grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Steth mobile application solely for professional networking as a licensed medical doctor, medical student, or eligible institutional user.

• This license is free of charge at this time.
• No ownership rights are transferred.

1.2 Free Access and Features

Steth is currently offered as a free service.

Features may be updated, modified, or discontinued at Steth’s sole discretion.

1.3 Future Premium Features

Steth reserves the right to introduce paid features, subscriptions, or usage-based pricing in the future.

You’ll be notified and asked to accept new terms before accessing premium features.

2. Limitations

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or lease the App
